Job summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our home-based care team in Cambridge and surrounding locations. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing in clients’ own homes, perform assessments, and implement care plans with a small, consistent team.

You will work across days, nights and weekends with flexible shifts, receiving competitive pay and opportunities for bespoke training and clinical development.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based RMN experience in community, secure, crisis, or acute settings.
• Experience delivering person-centred care and building therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to manage risk and use physical intervention where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered mental health nursing within the client’s own home.
• Complete clinical assessments and implement evidence-based care plans.
• Maintain safety through effective risk management and positive risk-taking.
• Administer medication and monitor mental and physical health.
• Work collaboratively as part of a small, consistent care team.

PAY RATES: Days £36.87/ Nights:£42.08/ Weekends: £46.33
