Job summary

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses to provide compassionate, person-centred care in clients’ homes across Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will join a specialist team, delivering flexible shifts across days, nights, and weekends to support new care packages.

Ideal candidates have UK RMN registration with at least 12 months experience, strong clinical judgement, and a commitment to continuity of care.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based RMN experience in community, secure, crisis or acute settings.
• Confidence in managing risk and using physical intervention when required.
• Experience working within PBS frameworks or trauma-informed approaches.
• Strong clinical judgement and ethical decision-making.
• Reliability, dedication, and commitment to continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered mental health nursing within the client’s own home.
• Complete clinical assessments and implement evidence-based care plans.
