Job summary

Kingswood House in Thurcroft, Rotherham, is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a specialist community-based service with nursing for people with learning disabilities and autism.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, compassionate care, and supporting service users, with a focus on teamwork and safety. A Preceptorship completion and NMC registration are required, and you’ll have access to career development and a range of wellbeing benefits.

What You Will Be Doing

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will care for people with a learning disability and those who have autism, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users

A specialist community-based service with nursing for people with a learning disability and those who have autism.

Kingswood House is part of our learning disability and autism division and is a registered care service with nursing which embraces and balances the management of risk with comfort, homeliness, dignity, respect, and choice. The service is for individuals with a learning disability, people who have autism or those with sensory and communication impairments. We are specialists in working with complex needs and behaviours which challenge services.
