We are looking for a Staff Nurse - RMN at our Kings Norton service in Birmingham.

Kings Norton Hospital is a purpose-built adult mental health service with capacity for 32 people, supporting adults of all genders with severe and complex mental health conditions. We provide high-quality intensive treatment in a safe, caring, and secure environment.

What you'll be working:

• Monday – Sunday long Days/Nights

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest standard.
• Creating individualised care plans for patients.
• Safely administering and recording medication.
• Liaising effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
• Monitoring and developing support worker performance.
• Using a person-centred approach to meet each individual's needs with privacy, dignity, and respect.
• Acting as Primary Nurse, taking responsibility for nursing assessments and care planning.
• Contributing to MDT working, risk assessments, and clinical improvements.
• Providing written nursing reports for statutory and clinical reviews.

• A current NMC Pin registration (RMN)
