What you will be doing

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure service users with a range of mental health conditions in this medium and low secure service receive high-quality care. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate nursing care to service users
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
• Mentoring and supporting team members
• Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes, maintaining accurate records

Where you will be working

Location: Chadwick Drive (off Saxon Street), Eaglestone, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK6 5LS

You will work at Chadwick Lodge and Eaglestone View, providing specialist treatment programs for service users detained under the Mental Health Act with a history of offending behavior. The services offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, led by a multidisciplinary team with extensive clinical and research experience in forensic psychiatry, aiming to reduce re-offending and improve quality of life.

Chadwick Lodge cares for individuals with complex mental illnesses who require stability for effective intervention, helping them transition to community settings when possible.
