As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure female adults with complex mental health needs in this Mental Health rehabilitation service receive high-quality care, while supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

The wards are busy, engaging, and varied. Your daily responsibilities include:

1. Providing compassionate nursing care to service users
2. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
3. Mentoring and supporting team members
4. Observing, recording, and reporting changes in service users, maintaining accurate records

Work location:

Ballington House, a 13-bed mental health rehabilitation hospital for women with complex needs.

The environment offers a pathway from admission to discharge, with options for in-depth rehabilitation.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team supporting women with complex mental health and co-morbid conditions.

What you will do:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care
