We are looking for a Staff Nurse - RMN at our Kings Norton service in Birmingham.

Kings Norton Hospital is a purpose-built adult mental health service with capacity for 32 people, supporting adults of all genders with severe and complex mental health conditions. We provide high-quality intensive treatment in a safe, caring, and secure environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Working shifts: Monday – Sunday long Days/Nights
• Ensuring the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest possible standard
• Creating individualised care plans for patients
• Safely administering and recording medication
• Liaising with external suppliers and healthcare providers
• Monitoring and developing support worker performance
• Using a person-centred approach to meet individual needs with privacy, dignity, and respect
• Acting as Primary Nurse, responsible for nursing assessments and care planning
• Contributing to MDT working, risk assessments, and clinical improvements
• Providing written reports for statutory and clinical reviews

Requirements:

• A current NMC Pin registration (RMN)
• Legal right to work in the UK
