We are seeking a Staff Nurse - RMN at our Kings Norton service in Birmingham.

Kings Norton Hospital is a purpose-built adult mental health service with a capacity for 32 patients.

The hospital supports adults of all genders with severe and complex mental health conditions. We provide high-quality intensive treatment in a safe, caring, and secure environment.

Working hours:

• Monday – Sunday, long Days/Nights

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients at the highest standard.
• Create individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer and record medication safely.
• Liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
• Monitor and develop support workers' performance.
• Use a person-centered approach to meet each individual's needs with privacy, dignity, and respect.
• Act as Primary Nurse, taking responsibility for nursing assessments and care planning.
• Contribute to MDT working, risk assessments, and clinical improvements.
• Provide written nursing reports for statutory and clinical reviews.

Qualifications:

• Current NMC Pin registration (RMN)
• Legal right to work in the UK
