Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Employment Support Service in Chesterfield & Killamarsh. You will work within a CMHT to help clients on mental health recovery access and sustain paid employment using IPS approaches.

You'll build relationships with local employers, support clients with career planning, CVs, interview techniques, and in-work support, while ensuring integration with care and recovery plans.

Qualifikationen

• Experience advising on employment within mental health or IPS settings.
• Ability to identify suitable job matches and support career planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to record data accurately and collaborate with teams.

• Support and motivate individuals to access and sustain paid employment.
• Meet with clients to identify best job match and assist with CV and interview techniques.
• Provide in-work support and return-to-work planning.
• Educate employers about IPS and source job opportunities.
• Collaborate with CMHT to integrate employment support into care.
