Job summary

Hestia is seeking an Employment Advisor in Havering to support people facing mental health challenges on their journey to employment. You will work with NHS Talking Therapies and partner agencies to help individuals stay in work, return to work, or secure new roles through tailored action plans and practical steps.

You will provide CV development, job search support, and interview preparation, while helping clients navigate disclosures and reasonable adjustments.

Qualifications

• Must have experience delivering employment support and person-centred guidance.
• Proficient in CV development, interview coaching and job search strategies.
• Knowledge of mental health issues, reasonable adjustments and welfare benefits helpful.
• Experience collaborating with employers and statutory services to enable work outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised employment support enabling recovery and return to work.
• Develop tailored action plans with clients, including job goals and steps.
• Support with CV creation, job search, interview practice and progression.
• Build relationships with employers and partner agencies to promote inclusive employment.
