The CNTW NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Clinical Support Assistant to join the North Cumbria Crisis Team. Based in Carlisle or Workington, you will deliver high-quality community care to patients across North Cumbria as part of an MDT.

You will support registered practitioners, promote recovery and wellbeing, and work within a supportive NHS environment with opportunities for supervision and professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Previous care experience

• Understanding of mental health and/or learning disabilities needs
• Safeguarding knowledge
• Awareness of carer needs

• Assist in delivering care to service users with diverse mental health needs under a registered practitioner.
• Implement and evaluate care within a prescribed framework to promote recovery and independence.
• Support the team in providing excellent and effective person-centred care.
• Provide compassionate, empathetic care and actively engage in supervision and appraisal.
