Cygnet Acer Clinic in the United Kingdom is seeking an outstanding Cook who is passionate about food and making a difference. You will work 40 hours a week (8am-6pm) preparing, cooking and serving nutritious meals for residents, while adhering to dietary needs and Food Hygiene Regulations.

You’ll join a 28-bed service providing assessment and rehabilitation for women with complex needs, requiring DBS disclosure.

Qualificações

• Experience in care sector preferred.
• Holder of a food hygiene certificate.
• Ability to plan nourishing menus within budget.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook & serve nutritional, balanced meals.
• Provide special diets per patient needs.
• Liaise with nursing colleagues to meet dietary requirements.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle kitchen equipment per procedures and COSHH rules.
