The post involves leading physical health clinics, supporting clozapine and depot services, and contributing to duty rosters.

Responsibilities

• Leading and running the physical health clinics
• Providing support to clozapine and depot clinics where required
• Supporting the team’s duty service on a rota
• Organising and following up on clinical outcomes after assessments
• Providing healthy lifestyle and health promotion advice
• Assisting senior clinicians in risk assessment and care-planned interventions
• Identifying safeguarding concerns and escalating as needed
