Responsibilities include comprehensive initial assessments, time-limited therapies, and leading the care for allocated patients under supervision, within a multidisciplinary, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Identify holistic needs and provide time-limited therapeutic interventions.
• Manage own caseload and act as lead professional for allocated patients.

Responsibilities

• Work with GP practices, primary care colleagues and partner services to support adults with mental ill health.
• Provide clinical advice and consultation to colleagues across health, social care and voluntary services.
• Promote social inclusion and positive outcomes for service users within a multidisciplinary team.
