Qualifications

  • Proven experience of a range of secretarial procedures.
  • Experience of producing documents to a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
  • Experience of maintaining office systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the Wealden Neighbourhood Mental Health Team.
  • Update patient information records accurately.
  • Support clinicians with diary appointments and correspondence.
  • Cover reception duties when required.
