Job summary

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Thornton Ward to deliver meaningful activities that support recovery and the transition from hospital to home.

You will work with service users, ward colleagues and the MDT, building positive relationships and contributing to ongoing service development, with some evening and weekend shifts and pay enhancements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Adult Mental Health or Rehabilitation settings.
• Experience delivering meaningful/therapeutic activities.
• Understanding the Mental Health Act is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful activities on the ward and in the community.
• Work with service users, ward team and MDT to support recovery.
• Flexible hours including evenings/weekends with pay enhancements where applicable.
