Job summary

Voisins is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a busy retail team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will guide staff in providing product knowledge, recommendations, and a welcoming shopping experience while ensuring the department is well presented and efficiently run.

You will coach and develop team members, drive sales opportunities, and uphold company policies, health and safety standards, and accurate till operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong selling skills and ability to maximise sales opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with till systems and basic IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to optimise the customer experience, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Drive sales on the shop floor by supporting selling opportunities and maintaining high service levels.
• Ensure the team maintains product knowledge, including awareness of launches and promotions.
• Oversee department presentation, stock replenishment, merchandising and cleanliness.
• Maintain clear communication across the store and between departments; ensure policies are followed.
