AYBL seeks an exceptionally talented Menswear Designer to strengthen our product offering. You will shape future menswear across style, fit and trend, aligning with AYBL's brand image and customer expectations.

Collaborate with the team to deliver innovative, high‑quality products from concept to booking. With at least 3 years' experience, you will create mood boards, CADs and tech packs, and support ongoing sample development and supplier coordination.

Competenze

• Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent required.
• Strong CAD skills and pattern knowledge essential.
• Experience with overseas supplier communication preferred.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the creative direction from concept through booking.
• Design and develop menswear products across categories.
• Collaborate with Womenswear to ensure range consistency.
• Research trends in fabrics, colours and silhouettes.
• Create mood boards, CADs, patterns and graphics.
• Present seasonal concepts at CAD sign-off meetings.
• Prepare tech packs and guide suppliers on construction.
