Job summary

University of Oxford invites applications for a Research Project Administrator to support a NIHR-funded programme improving menopause care in the NHS. The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day administration, meetings and events, communications, finances, and stakeholder engagement.

Based in the Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Oxford, a pattern of regular remote working may be agreed with the line manager.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and/or project coordination support in a busy environment.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and meet competing deadlines.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project administration and documentation.
• Organise meetings and events involving multiple participants and stakeholders.
• Manage communications with project staff, collaborators and external partners.
• Oversee financial processes and documentation for the project.
• Support engagement with women and healthcare professionals.
