• Take feedback constructively to raise service and sales standards
• Oversee stock in the department, unpack deliveries and audit stock rooms
• Adapt to daily challenges and may work across departments to support the business
• Stay informed on latest trends and competitor activity to better assist customers
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and prevent stock loss
