Qualifications

• Qualified Health Professional (RMN)
• Evidence of personal and clinical development
• Supervisory experience

• Clinical and management leadership skills
• Appropriate training in older persons mental health issues

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and care within the MAS framework.
• Deliver initial comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans with risk assessments.
• Work in a MDT and contribute to diagnostic processes.
• Lead an MAS area in the absence of the manager.
• Attend to patients autonomously, including home visits in a rural setting.
