Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as needed.
• Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
• Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
• Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor operations.
• Experience and promote the products and services offered.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities to above-standard levels, supporting the team in upkeep.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
