Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards of the club.
• Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
• Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate accordingly.
• Assist the Fitness Manager with gym floor activities.
• Experience and promote the products and services offered.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, actively contributing to the upkeep of the club with team support.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints professionally and escalate to the relevant manager when necessary.
