A global membership organization in civil engineering seeks a Membership Development Officer to provide guidance to aspiring members and promote membership enrollment. In this part-time role, you will engage with professionals and educational institutions, supporting their journey to professional qualification. The position is hybrid, based primarily in London, offering opportunities to influence the future of civil engineering.

Formación

• Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience in civil engineering, professional development, or training.
• Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Flexible, with a willingness to travel and work occasional evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver initiatives to attract and retain a diverse range of members.
• Provide one-to-one and group support—both online and in person.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers.
