Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking enthusiastic Membership Consultants to join our Sheffield team across Graves Health & Sports Centre, Thorncliffe Leisure Centre and Wisewood Sports Centre. You’ll help thousands of people start their health and wellbeing journey by welcoming prospective members, understanding their needs and recommending the right membership.

With full training, you'll build relationships, hit individual and team targets and promote our services, fitness programmes and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident using IT systems and handling inquiries
• Able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective members into our centres and deliver engaging show rounds
• Understand customers' needs and recommend the best membership
• Follow up enquiries via phone, email and digital channels
• Build relationships and convert enquiries into memberships

As a Membership Consultant, you'll be responsible for helping local people begin their health and wellbeing journey by:

• Welcoming prospective members into our centres and delivering engaging show rounds.
• Understanding customers' needs and recommending the membership that's right for them.
• Following up enquiries through phone calls, emails and digital channels.
• Building relationships with prospects and converting enquiries into memberships.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Promoting Everyone Active's services, swimming lessons, fitness programmes and wellbeing products.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to joining.
  You'll be someone who:
• Loves talking to people and building relationships.
• Is motivated by achieving goals and delivering results.
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Is confident using IT systems and managing customer enquiries.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Brings a positive attitude, resilience and enthusiasm every day.

Sales experience is beneficial but not essential-we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
