Who are we?

Qube is the world’s first members-based studio for music and content creators. Merging a meaningful community of a members’ club with the magic of a creative studio and the convenience of a co-working space. Our curated community of musicians, producers, podcasters, youtubers, artists, photographers and creative entrepreneurs share a membership that celebrates diversity and inclusivity. Our four London sites are home to a thriving community of over a 1000 professional creators and 80+ studios across the creative disciplines, and we’re now continuing to grow quickly with a 5th & 6th site on the horizon.

The Role

We’re hiring a sharp, personable, and hyper-organised Membership & Bookings Manager to join our revenue team. This is a sales-focused role (approx. 70% sales, 30% coordination), working across our newest studios in Elephant & Castle and supporting across all sites.

You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound studio bookings and membership enquiries, turning leads into confirmed sales with speed, warmth, and clarity. Whether you’re replying to a studio hire request, giving a tour to a prospective member, or following up with a label rep, your communication will shape how people experience Qube.

This is a key commercial role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands creative clientele, and wants to be part of an ambitious, high-growth business in the creative industries. With four thriving London sites and two more on the horizon, we’re scaling and looking for people who thrive in startup environments.

Core Responsibilities:

Studio Bookings (Inbound)

Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking:

  • Own the bookings inbox, phone line, and Business WhatsApp, responding quickly and clearly.
  • Provide accurate information about studios, facilities, and pricing and upsell where appropriate to maximise profitability

  • Manage bookings calendar, confirm sessions, raise invoices, and take payment.
  • Occasionally handle urgent out-of-hours messages and provide light operational support where needed.

KPIs:

  • Conversion rate: % of inbound studio leads converted (£)
  • Profitability: Average revenue per booking

Membership (Inbound)

Drive conversion of inbound membership leads (with a focus on pre-approved leads):

  • Conducting effective site tours and managing the tour rota.
  • Contacting approved leads to close sales, including follow-ups on missed or pending tours.
  • Supporting with CRM hygiene for Qube’s membership pipeline.
  • Weekly reporting and conversion efforts for warm prospective members.
  • Build & supporting lasting relationships with key accounts & new B2B membership leads (A&Rs, Labels, Producers, Artists).

KPIs:

  • Conversion: % of “Approved” Leads Converted (£)
  • Revenue: Flex Membership Revenue

Experience (Preferred not essential)

  • 2+ years experience in consumer product or service sales
  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot or Similar)
  • Familiarity with the modern studio recording process

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for music, content, and creative industries
  • Confident working to KPIs and revenue targets
  • Organised, self-sufficient, and great at juggling priorities - You’re highly organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple threads at once.
  • Numerically literate (e.g. comfortable quoting, calculating totals, reviewing reports)
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platform (preferred)
  • Familiarity with studio recording environments (nice to have)

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a recording studio or creative co-working environment.
  • An existing network in the music or creator space.
  • Experience with consumer sales or bookings in a service/hospitality setting.
