Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to look after the top-tier members of a private luxury wellness club. The role involves personalised check-in calls, renewals, and payment support, all delivered in the club's tone.

You will receive training on site at the clubs, with ongoing development through your Team Leader. The position is full-time (38 hours/week) with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a client-facing luxury hospitality role (hotels, concierge, front office, private clubs, premium retail or fine dining).
• A warm, natural voice and the confidence to hold unscripted conversations with high-profile members.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Polished presentation, tone and manner.
• Right to work in Australia and consent to background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Personalised check-in calls to members, reconnecting with those whose visits have lapsed and welcoming renewals.
• Assist members with payments while maintaining the club's tone and standards.
• Learn each member's priorities and share feedback with the club.

Our client is a leader in premium service. Its high-end members expect white glove care and a club that knows them by name. As a Member Experience Specialist with Acquire Intelligence you are the voice they hear when the club reaches out.

Your days are personalised check-in calls. You will reconnect with members whose visits have lapsed, welcome those approaching renewal and look after anyone who needs a hand with payments, always in the club's tone. You will learn what matters to each member, and share feedback with the club.
