Job summary

Virgin Active & Kauai is recruiting a Sales Membership Consultant to join our Acquisitions team in a full-time role with 40 hours per week. You will drive membership growth by meeting monthly targets, acting as the primary contact for members and prospects, and delivering exceptional service across the club.

You'll welcome members at front of house, tailor offers to individual needs, and contribute to a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-centric, target-driven role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage members and prospects.
• Ability to drive membership growth and meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and maintaining high administrative standards.
• Create a welcoming club atmosphere and conduct member visits at the front of house.
• Own membership targets and pursue sales, retention and growth each month.
• Ensure activity targets support net growth and tailor offers to individual member needs.
