Job summary

London Capital Credit Union is seeking a Member Services & Support Officer to join our friendly team in London. The role involves promoting active membership, handling member enquiries by post, phone, email, and online channels, and ensuring accurate data input into IT systems.

This permanent position offers 38 hours per week, a 3-month probation, and a salary of £31,449 per year, with a staff bonus scheme and a pension contribution of up to 6%.

Qualifications

• Administrative or clerical experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience of using ICT efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Promote active membership and uptake of savings and loans products.
• Ensure members feel valued and welcome in dealings with the credit union.
• Deal with member enquiries by post, telephone, email, website and app.
• Accurate inputting of data into various IT systems.
