Job summary

VervLife is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at the Clay Wembley site. You will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring a high level of service and smooth operations across lettings, events, and daily administration.

You will coordinate with maintenance and contractors, assist with bookings and member communications, and support the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience from 10:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house and telephone support; managing and dealing with day-to-day queries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the members; meet customers' expectations and service levels.
• Assist with the development of member experience through programming, initiatives, events and administration.
• Actively engage with members on various online platforms; respond to posts and messages.
• Assist with visual promotions of upcoming programming/events and community initiatives.
• Sign in/out visitors and contractors; deliver best-in-class service and maintain records.
