Job summary

London Business School is seeking a proactive Senior Manager, Member Experience for LBS Corporate 100, a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own the end-to-end member journey, manage key relationships and deliver exceptional service for top corporate members.

You will collaborate across Executive Education and the School, coordinate events like roundtables and the LBS Corporate 100 Summit, and drive value through tailored member experiences while maintaining a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in client or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills for multi-stakeholder activities on time and budget.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
• Experience managing external suppliers and contractors effectively.
• Financial management experience and commercial acumen.
• Significant experience using CRM and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and support the delivery of the annual plan for LBS Corporate 100.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for member organisations in the portfolio.
• Develop deep, trusted relationships with member organisations and advocate for them within LBS.
• Deliver an end-to-end member journey from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead quarterly member meetings and annual reviews to identify value and engagement opportunities.
• Understand members' strategic priorities and learning goals to tailor solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex member issues with sound judgement.
