Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to deliver a world-class member experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours for prospective members in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Lead member inductions with energy and clarity.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain highest cleanliness standards across the club.
• Uphold brand standards and health & safety compliance.
• Analyze and present data to support new ideas and initiatives.
