Ned’s Club is a place for like-minded professionals to meet, work, and have a good time – and our Membership team are the people making this happen every day. We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, people-focused, and energetic Member Events Executive to help deliver memorable experiences for our members from intimate supper clubs to headline “Hero” events that define our events calendar.

Do you want to join one of the best places to work in hospitality?

What’s the role?

Member Events Executive

About The Ned:

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Reporting into the Member Event Programme Manager you will:

  • Support broader membership admin from answering calls to updating Salesforce and assisting with freezes, cancellations, and SOP maintenance
  • Manage the day-to-day admin of the membership events calendar, fielding enquiries, reconfirming bookings, and keeping our inbox up to date
  • Support the planning and production of monthly food and beverage-led events from concept to menu design, sponsor liaison, and room décor
  • Lead the charge on communication updating the member portal, sending invites and reminders, and working closely with our communications team to ensure every detail is perfect
  • Host our weekly events meeting and coordinate across departments to keep everyone aligned and informed
  • Organise event logistics reserving spaces in Opera, managing function sheets, guest lists, and tracking attendance
  • Being hands-on at key events, helping with setup, managing performer schedules, and ensuring things run smoothly on the night

What The Ned can give you:

  • Salary of up to £32,000 dependant on experience
  • Complimentary meals in our friendly team restaurant, Neddy’s including monthly payday breakfast
  • Exciting learning and development programmes to help progress your career
  • Exclusive rates at The Ned for staying and eating for you, your family and friends
  • Wellbeing and health benefits, including Medicash and Wagestream, with access to gym, shopping, and cinema discounts
  • Your birthday off after a year of service and more holiday after five years
  • Refer a friend scheme
  • Regular social events, including an annual pool party
  • Employee assistance programme – 24/7 advice and support
  • Reward and recognition initiatives

What you can bring to the role:

  • You’ll be a confident communicator, supremely organised, and happiest when you’re spinning lots of plates
  • Experience working in event coordination, hospitality or membership environments would be ideal but not essential. If you’ve worked with Opera PMS or Salesforce before then even better
  • A great eye for detail, strong creative instincts, and a proactive mindset
  • A love for bringing people together and creating moments that matter
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings or weekends as events demand
  • A collaborative and warm approach, comfortable working across multiple teams

At The Ned, we don't just celebrate our diversity, we challenge ourselves to do even better. The Ned is committed to being the best place to work, and ensuring that we have a leading diversity, equity and inclusion programme is central to making that vision a reality.

Please let us know of any specific needs you may have during your interview.
