Your purpose

Responsible for planning and delivering member events guided by the overall brand and marketing strategy and Home House brand pillars

Deliver a dynamic calendar of member events to enhance member engagement and retention and support member acquisition, covering arts and culture, wellness, dining and luxury lifestyle.

Oversee the end-to-end production and execution of all events from the concept through to the delivery, with a focus on the member experience.

Responsible for creating the event listings on the member portal

Compose compelling copy for each event to drive maximum ticket sales and sign ups and source or select appropriate imagery

Ensure each event is organised, planned and listed on the member portal four to six weeks in advance to advertise to members.

Work closely with the Marketing Team to drive awareness of members’ events, plan the promotion of events and create content around member events.

Work closely with Events Operations and the wider operational team to ensure that spaces are booked and functions sheets are produced ahead of all events.

Collaborate with all Heads of Departments and relevant team members to ensure each event is set up and managed effectively.

Manage our flagship member parties, from agency / supplier sourcing and management to budget management and on-site delivery.

Manage the booking of technical and production requirements and oversee all relevant purchase orders and invoicing

Report on the delivery of budget conversion and the success stories of the agreed calendar of members’ events.

Working with marketing, source and organise appropriate event and brand partnerships that align with the Home House brand vision.

Consider and propose appropriate opportunities to engage new audiences through the events programme.

Develop professional relationships with members, potential members and external suppliers, acting as an ambassador of Home House at all times.

Monitor the performance of each event, leveraging data and member feedback to inform and refine the member experience.

Handle all queries and complaints tactfully, reporting any feedback to the Membership Manager.

Adhere to deadlines to ensure business goals are met.

Driven by deadlines and focused on delivering outcomes that support membership engagement, retention and acquisition goals.
