Job summary

Premier in Manchester is seeking a Member Relations Officer to support recruitment, retention and engagement of members. This hybrid role requires presence in the Manchester office at least 2 days per week, with a salary of £28,791 per year and a 35-hour work week.

They will work with the Membership Manager to implement strategy, manage member relationships, and develop campaigns to grow membership and revenue while ensuring high-quality member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling enquiries from the public or customers.
• Interest in values-based organisations such as co-operatives, community businesses or social enterprises.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain and manage member groups to grow relationships.
• Act as first point of contact for member enquiries.
• Develop and deliver membership engagement strategies.
• Maintain and update member records and data in CRM.
