JD Gyms in Manchester is seeking a committed Personal Trainer to elevate member experiences across the club. You will lead group classes, conduct member inductions, and provide engaging tours for prospective members, all while upholding brand standards.

You will foster a welcoming, energetic environment, support joining new members, maintain cleanliness and safety, and contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives within the gym community.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• Passion for fitness and helping people.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to different member needs.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to deliver world-class experience on every visit.
• Lead gym inductions and group exercise classes.
• Deliver welcoming tours for prospective members.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide support to members and assist joining JD Gyms.
• Monitor service quality and act on feedback.
• Keep safe and compliant with health and safety rules.
• Analyse data to support new ideas and initiatives.
