Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Shift Manufacturing Operator to support the Glasgow, DE plant and production of filtration products. The role focuses on efficient operation of designated equipment, quality and traceability.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures, maintain logs, and work 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with a $17.00/hour base pay plus a $1.00 shift differential. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

Must read and understand specifications.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand for the full shift.
Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
Able to use measuring instruments and read measurements.
Basic math skills required.
Computer literacy with PLC interface.
Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting experience.
Ability to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Operate designated production equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and document production logs.
Document raw material use and complete BOM and lot traceability records.
Report quality issues to appropriate personnel and disposition nonconforming material.
Assign lot numbers for traceability and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
