Job summary

Thomas Thor in the UK is seeking a Planner to join the Project Controls team, taking ownership of scheduling for a large MEH scope and coordinating with Cost and Risk to keep the programme on track from concept to delivery.

You will develop and maintain schedules, build what-if scenarios, extract and analyse schedule data, and work with Cost and Risk to ensure alignment of schedule with cost and risk. Hybrid working is available depending on programme needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Planner on major projects across full lifecycle.
• Ability to extract, compare and analyse schedule data.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience building what-if scenarios.
• MEH background on large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Understanding of Project Controls integrating schedule, cost and risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules across the full lifecycle.
• Build what-if scenario schedules to support decisions.
• Extract, compare and analyse schedule data to track progress.
• Identify issues early and drive resolution and mitigation.
• Work with Cost and Risk to align schedule, cost and risk.
• Support NEC contract reporting and 4D/CAD planning outputs.
