Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Meetings & Events Team Member to deliver high standards of service across corporate conferences and celebrations. You will greet guests with confidence, ensuring they feel cared for throughout their visit and enjoy a memorable experience.

On the floor, you will set up spaces to brand standards, master AV tech, serve food and drinks, maintain tidy spaces, and uphold safety and licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and servicing meeting and event spaces to exact specifications and brand standards.
• Operating AV equipment safely and efficiently for client presentations and events.
• Serving refreshments, meals and drinks with confidence, spotting upsell opportunities.
• Keeping spaces organized and ensuring event equipment is stored away after shifts.
• Complying with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, Food Safety and Licensing laws.
