Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position within an M&E Operations environment.
• Experience in supervising high volume Food & Beverage service.
• High personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing departmental inventories and assets including par levels and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains attendance records for agency staff.
• Maintains and enforces established sanitation standards.
• Adheres to and reinforces all standards, IHG and Arora Hotel policies, and procedures.
• Assists in ordering supplies for the department (china, glass, buffet presentations, props, and other service equipment).
• Liaises with Beverage Managers to ensure liquor and wine is recorded and posted correctly.
• Supports Banquet operations to maximise customer satisfaction at events.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback and addresses problems and complaints.
• Empowers casual employees and team leaders to provide excellent customer service.
