The Londoner in London is recruiting a sophisticated M&E Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service at high-profile events within a 5 Star luxury setting. You will craft cocktails, manage bar operations, and ensure guest satisfaction across busy functions.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in luxury hotel or high-volume setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and premium beverages.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at events and functions.
• Set up and maintain event bars to the highest presentation and hygiene standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests.
• Ensure accurate stock control and replenishment throughout events.
• Follow all licensing, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
• Process beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Work closely with the Meetings & Events Operations team to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all bar areas before, during, and after events.
• Support colleagues across the Food & Beverage department when required.
