Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Jersey is seeking a Meeting & Events Supervisor to lead and grow the events diary, delivering memorable experiences for clients while maximizing revenue across meetings, events and bedrooms.

You will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, shaping guest experiences in a global hospitality environment and supporting the sales team with proactive outreach.

• Support strategies to improve guest experience.
• Participate in department training.
