Job description

As a Meetings & Events Supervisor, you'll be key in ensuring our day-to-day meetings, functions, banquets, and events run smoothly.

What will I be responsible for as a Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor?

  • Supporting in managing departments, ensuring the smooth running of each meeting and event
  • Leading the provision of an outstanding meeting and event management service
  • Coaching, mentoring, and leading your M&E team with a trusting approach - ensuring their commitment to delivering outstanding and bespoke service
  • Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to offer suggestions to enhance their experiences, making them unforgettable
  • Working closely with the Meeting & Events Manager who will encourage you to love change and find your own unique ways to further enhance your guest experience
  • Being capable of juggling each event, customer, and guest whilst not missing any details

Is this Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor role right for me?

  • You are already established in Meetings & Events supervision with an F&B background, where you have looked after the MICE area
