Corin Group is seeking a Nuclear? Note: This is NPI Product Design Engineer – Cirencester, a role within a leading medtech company.

You will design medical and mechanical devices, developing concepts through to production transfer, and producing robust design documentation. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering background, strong CAD/FEA/PLM skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment, collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in medical device design desirable
• Strong CAD/FEA/PLM skills

Responsibilities

• Design medical and mechanical devices using CAD, FEA, and PLM software
• Develop concept and detailed designs and support transfer to production
• Create and maintain design documentation including drawings and inspection docs
• Manage design control, risk management, and technical reports
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams
• Lead or contribute to design and CAPA projects
• Support maintenance and improvements of existing products
• Present project updates to stakeholders
