• Develop and execute UK & Ireland marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate global/regional priorities into local market initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to inform strategy.
• Lead annual marketing planning and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs and Finance across functions.
