You’ll manage media like short videos and photography, optimize for SEO/AI discovery, and support employer branding. Onsite five days a week with room to grow in a fast-growing MedTech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional graduates with strong internships encouraged.
• An excellent writer and editor with strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking about marketing and messaging to engage an audience.
• Curiosity about engineering, medicine, and technical subjects; comfortable with experts.
• Good visual eye; experience shooting/editing video and/or photography is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, web analytics, SEO, and emerging AI tools; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
• Fluent, creative use of AI tools across writing, design, and research; strong prompting and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content across channels: website pages, education materials, LinkedIn, emails, announcements, and marketing materials.
• Translate technical information and clinical evidence into clear content with a consistent Lexington Medical voice.
• Create and edit short videos, basic product photography, and branded graphics for digital/print.
• Own day-to-day website content in WordPress and publish/update pages.
• Structure content for SEO/AI discoverability and track performance to improve future work.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support employer branding with recruiting content and employee stories.
• Manage a content calendar and move projects from idea through review to publication.
