Job summary

CPL Life Sciences is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager for a Salisbury-based MedTech company. The role focuses on refreshing the brand and digital presence, and delivering multi-channel campaigns.

You will own social media, content production, and SEO/CRM initiatives while engaging with leadership. Excellent communication across senior stakeholders is essential; this is an on-site role with growth opportunities and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, medical devices, digital health or a similarly regulated/technical sector.
• Strong track record in digital marketing, brand development and website management.
• Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), CMS platforms (WordPress), and design tools (Canva/Adobe).

Responsibilities

• Lead a refresh of the website, brand identity and digital presence.
• Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Own social media strategy and content (LinkedIn, and beyond).
• Create content that tells the brand's story - case studies, product literature, video, campaigns.
• Drive SEO, email marketing, CRM and lead generation.
• Represent the business at exhibitions and industry events (UK and international).
• Report on performance and turn data into action.
