Qualifications

• Experience in applied research or evaluation roles
• Experience using data analysis software (e.g. STATA, R, NVivo)
• Knowledge of research ethics, governance, and information security in healthcare settings

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and delivery of the rolling programme of research in medical technology and digital innovation activities
• Support Senior Research Lead with grant applications, evaluation tenders and business planning
• Apply ethical and inclusive approaches to research and evaluation across mental health and community settings
• Support all aspects of research delivery, including study setup, ethics and governance compliance, and ongoing project coordination and management
• Develop, pilot, and administer quantitative and mixed-methods tools such as statistical analysis, interview schedules, surveys, and observation protocols
• Plan, initiate and project manage the delivery of programmes/projects to time, budget and quality requirements
