Qualifications

• Recently graduated within the last 2 years with a bachelor’s degree in one of the listed engineering or scientific disciplines.
• Degree qualification at 2:1 or above.
• Eligibility to work permanently in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Two-year Engineering Graduate Development Programme with rotations across Design & Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations.
• Engage in projects spanning product design, verification/validation and process development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop orthopaedic products and manufacturing processes.
• Develop leadership and technical skills through mentor and professional development schemes.
