Johnson & Johnson MedTech invites graduates to join a two-year Engineering Graduate Development Programme in Leeds. You will rotate across Design & Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations to gain exposure from concept to production.

The role emphasizes orthopaedic product development and hands-on learning. You will work alongside engineers and clinicians, receiving training through J&J courses and external programmes to build leadership and technical capabilities for a career in

Qualifications

• Graduated within the last 2 years with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Degree qualification at 2:1 or above.
• UK eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Participation in a two-year Engineering Graduate Development Programme with rotations across Design & Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality engineers to develop orthopaedic products.
• Lead and own project work with supervision and mentoring.
• Develop leadership and technical skills through internal and external courses.
